I bought a 50' spool of 16 gauge scosche about two months ago for $ 12 something plus tax from Walmart to wire up my 5 ch home theater system. I added a two ch receiver + speakers and ended up needing more wire. This is the deal I should of gone with in the first place, Roughly 50% more wire for your money. I really recommend this to anyone wiring up their home or car stereo systems who want great quality with a great price. Really you could prob wire both , a home and car (truck to be realistic) with as much wire as you get. Worth it 100%. PS I wasn't sure at first of the comment that 3mm compares to 16 gauge, listed, but after seeing it first hand, I have no complaints. It is very comparable.
