Bought this product and after about a week, the sound stopped working and then it would not go up and down fully. I tried changing the batteries but that didn't work. It's a shame because it's really cute and the sounds actually are really scary.
I purchased the floating ghost at my local Walmart the last week in September 2011. As October 1st. i started putting my holloween decorations out. My floating ghost broke yesterday Oct.1st.the cord that he goes up and down on broke,trust me there is no way to fix because the cord went into his head and cannot be retrieved. He is going back. But must say the concept is good and his sound is very spooky and loud enough to hear well. Sorry to have to bring back,but will find something else to take his place. Still love you Walmart.
