Unfortunately, whoever handles Walmart's "refurb" process/vendor ("CTS"??) must not know much about checking over a PC before sending it out. This one was advertised as having 16 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD. Came w 8 GB RAM and a "hybrid" drive. Also, cannot get inline at all because the unit's ID is tied to the previous company's ownership, and won't let you download/install anything. I would need to work with Apple and previous company (Mailchimp/Rocket Science) to unregister the PC
