This is perfect for my utv. Easy to use.
I cannot believe how efficient this little jack is. I have an older Jeep that isn't lifted higher than it came from the factory but it's still a lot higher than a standard sedan. It can be difficult and time consuming using the standard screw jacks that come with any vehicle. There are usually 6 or 7 parts that are easily lost or bent and it can be frustrating. I used this to see how much easier it would be to lift the rear end of my Jeep than using the standard issue jack that came with it. Using the standard issue jack took a little over 5 minutes to go from removing it from storage to first contact with the vehicle. That can be pretty frustrating, especially if you're on the side of the interstate and you're likely in a hurry as so many of us are these days. It took less than 2 minutes to go from storage to first contact with this jack. I had my Jeep off the ground by about 2 inches in around 8 pumps of the handle. Uses standard hydraulic jack oil and has a very small insertion point so you're not going to make a huge mess pouring or using a funnel like you would a floor jack. Fits securely and discretely into your vehicle's trunk or in a garage. Takes up very little space anywhere you choose to store it. Has gripping teeth on point of contact in case you need to use wood to get a little extra space to reach higher contact points on your vehicle. With a 2-ton capacity, you can use it for any vehicle that you have that isn't a large commercial vehicle. So happy to have this little jack!
feels heavy and well made. should work very well for what we need it for. Price was very good as well.
works great for me, not very big and that's why I wanted something that didn't take a lot of room up to store in the car so I didn't have to use my scissor that came with a car, 👍
This is a great little bottle jack. Easy to set up and easy to opperate. It raises in very small increments which makes precise leveling very easy to accomplish. I have had need for a second jack for years but just kept borrowing my neighbors. Now that I have my own it will make my life that much easier. Things I like about this jack are it's small size so it can fit in under things without having to somehow lever them up first and it has a nice travel distance offering several inches of rise. The added adjustment from the screw out top is a nice feature as well. It opperates very smoothly and seems to be well made and very sturdy. Of course time will tell as to how well it holds up under use but it will probably be another thing I can pass on to my son some day! All in all this seems to be a very nice jack.

This lightweight hydraulic bottle jack is just the ticket for a backup jack for my mid-size sedan. (My vehicle comes with a scissor jack to change a tire; but I feel more comfortable with having a spare jack in the event the supplied car jack fails or doesn't work safely on uneven ground. I've used bottle jacks for all my lifting needs and have confidence in them.) This Hyper Tough bottle jack is rated for 2 tons (4000 pounds.) It's primarily used as a backup car jack and stays in the vehicle trunk until needed. I have used it once to lift my boat trailer axle to change a flat; luckily the boat wasn't on the trailer when I had to change tires! It lifted the axle effortlessly and I had enough ground clearance to swap tires. This bottle jack is pretty compact. The base plate is 4” x 3”. When ram is all the way down, it sits 7 1/8” tall. With the ram full extended (28 pumps on the handle), it sits 11 ½” tall. And with the top of the ram (saddle?) unscrewed for additional height, the height from ground-to-saddle is 13 ¾” in height. With this bottle jack being so compact, caution should be taken when raising the ram to an acceptable working height. I wouldn't use this jack at its maximum height because it's just not “beefy” enough all around to maintain a stable work environment. (The instruction pamphlet warns you about this, and encourages you to use a jack stand if you're planning to keep the vehicle up for an extended time frame. The instructions also come with troubleshooting info in the event the jack doesn't function properly; including instructions on how to do a system purge (air in the hydraulics.) So for lifting heavy items less than 4000 lbs, this compact bottle jack will work; especially in a tight environment.
The Hyper Tough 2 Ton Welded Bottle Jack is what you need if you've lost your vehicle jack or simply need one for the garage. It is easy to use and comes with its own jack handle. For lifting a vehicle on one side, front or back it makes changing a tire or brake pads a cinch. Of course, one needs to follow all safety precautions when lifting a side of a vehicle, and for that, instructions are included---if you have a pair of reading glasses handy for reading the smallest font one has ever seen. On one hand the consumer is made to feel lucky that instructions are even included as several products require one to download those from the internet. But conversely, many nationals may be utilizing the products vs Spanish speaking only. So why not allow downloads of other languages for French, Spanish, Afghanistan and Ukrainian immigrants and free up what is included in the product for a better readable instruction manual in English. There are serious safety considerations one needs to follow in using a product such as a vehicle jack--indeed, a fatality occurred a few years ago in my neighborhood due to incorrect use!
title said it was a torin but it was a rebranded hyper tough brand. firat use went to lift a 91 honda 2 door door and the thing wouldnt even lift the car half an inch(yes i know how to use a bottle jack its all i have used for smaller cars) dont buy any bottle jack that is less than $25
