Cute Little Iron, Great for Sewing Purposes

I bought this iron so I could sew and press my items, I've never ironed clothes other than my own projects so I'm not sure if it would be a good iron for that, but it is very good especially for the price if you sew. I only put 3 stars for durability since I haven't had it not even a month yet, so I can't say. Exactly what I would expect from Black and Decker, I've had no problems with it, it's very easy to fill, settings are self explanatory, and the auto-shut off is 8 minutes which can be annoying for people who sew but it turns right back on when you pick it up again. Great little iron for the price.

Its a regular iron, nothing special but the price. Worth the money and seems like it will last a while.

Leaky Iron
(1)

This iron appeared to work normally in the beginning but within the first couple of months it started leaking water onto the clothes as you ironed them, in addition if it was just sitting there sometimes the water would leak out as well. I only ever used distilled water in it. Yesterday it hiccupped and some gunk came out and burnt onto the plate, and today it won't turn on at all. I've owned it for less than a year. Still in search of a functionial steam iron...going to try the Hamilton Beach Retractable Cord Iron next due to its good reviews.
