I highly recommend this coffee pot. Easy to use and clean. Makes 12 cups of coffeee very fast. Great product
I purchased this coffee pot as soon as it come out in the store. We had it about 3 weeks and it started to leak. Replaced gasket according to instruction. Problem was resolved. However, it went through a cycle of leaking for a while and then all of a sudden it just stop. Have not changed a gasket in over a year and a half. I bleach out the bucket about once a month. Have had no other problems with this coffee maker. A thought came to me today that maybe it might need another one soon to replace with, we will see. It is about that time! Waiting to see ........
I love the taste of coffee from this maker ,my only gripe is that it doesn't last for a very long time it leaks around the dispencer hole.I hate that but still will buy the product by Hamilton beach but just a new style I hope it last's longer.Please just this style maker
This is the best coffeemaker in the world... for about the first 9 months. It's easy to use, very little clean-up, and the fact that you can get your coffee without spilling it everywhere, or using just the convenient press-and-go feature... WONDERFUL!!!! We actually owned 3 of these before we gave up on them. The first two wore out in no time. We have three coffee drinkers, and went through 1-2 cycles a day. After less than a year, it was worn out and the dispenser didn't work properly anymore. There was also no warning... just one day, it wouldn't work. :P The third, a white one, said it was an improved model, but still didn't make it a year before the dispenser gave out. I would recommend that Hamilton Beach either make a better dispenser, or offer fix-it kits for these. I LOVED this coffeemaker, until it didn't work anymore. It was our favorite. If they improve the product, and the dispenser lasts longer, I will give this product another shot.
I don't have the white one I have the summit..had it for a few years.It's just starting to have coffee left in bottom where water goes,can't figure why but I love this coffee maker am looking for new one
I bought the first one of these and within 2 weeks it started leaking the coffee all over the counter. I cleaned the unit as instructed and it did not helo. I call HB, they sent me a new unit and I returned the faulty one, at my exspense, the new one does the same thing. Upon another call to HB, I was told they didn't know what the problem was, so here I am stuck with a piece of junk coffee maker!!! I am disappointed, I wanted this to work!!! I love the idea!!!
