I could live without It
It was advertised to cook quicker, cheaper and better than a microwave, It took longer by far and not as good as microwave.
I got this as an early Christmas gift because of being an Apartment Manager I needed something that would turn off automadically, so I didn't burn things if I was showing a vacant apartment. The NuWave oven sounded like what I was looking for. I started looking around and from what I read the TOTAL CHEF was suppose to be like it. So, my husband bought it for me as an early Christmas presant since we had several vacant apartments to show. I cooked mostly whole chicken in it. At first the TOTAL CHEF did OK! A whole chiken took over an hour. I had to turn it once which I didn't mind. I next cooked a pie. You need to cook the bottom crust first, then put the rest of the ingrediance in and put the unbaked pie crust on top and baked it. It turned out good but again took longer than expected on HIGH. No matter what I cooked it had to be cooked on high. The more I used it the longer it took to get things cooked. I decided to return it when it took over 2 hours to cook a whole chicken and it still wasn't done all the way thru and had to put it in the microwave to get it done. I took the money added to it and bought a NuWave Oven which is what I wanted in the first place. I couldn't believe the difference. It cooks faster and it seems to heat better too, because I don't have to use the high heat all the time on things or they will burn. I would not recomend this product.
Only used the oven four times then stoped working. Returned product for refund. Lasted less then two weeks.
