The shelves and backsplash are an excellent compliment to the hood. I use the heat lamps under the hood much more than I use our warming drawer. It's so convenient to set prepared food right above the stove. Regarding the quality issues that another review experienced: I've had this backsplash installed in my home for 9 years. I was just researching it for my next home (yes, I will be buying it again). I have not had any problems with the racks. I use one predominately in the downward position to hold a tea kettle. The second I leave up and it holds a spoon rack and a pair of S&P shakers. I adjust the both occasionally to clean and set food. I've had no issues with the clips or the design.
The backsplash is beautiful, but the retaining clip and hinge clip require replacement. I am unable to locate them on your website. Can you tell me where to buy the clip?
