[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Receiving this vacuum made my little heart sing! We have a home with 3 inside cats, 2 boys, and traffic. I vacuum my home 2-3 times a day, everyday. This has been such a great edition to our home. It's sleek, lightweight but packs a little weight to push around. It takes my cleaning up a notch, because of the censors. If it's an area with heavy traffic, let's say near the litter box, it runs stronger with a higher suction power. If I'm just running it across the floor to pick up hairs, it's lighter suction. This helps preserve the battery life. I have a two story and this lasts a quick run. If i want to focus on one area, I focus downstairs, let it die, then charge and focus on upstairs. I have owned other cordless vacuums, I'm really enjoying the censor on this one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay. I have never liked vacuuming as much as I do with this! Adjusts between wood and carpet. Gets all the dog hairs! I find it actually easier to vacuum in the dark with this to see all the “invisible” stuff that hides when the lights are on. Buy it.

Loving this vacuum so far. It's light weight %26 maneuvers well. Easy assembly %26 battery has enough life to do my whole downstairs %26 then some.
The s12 is doing a great job on my carpet, it picks up my cats long hair, and whatever is on the carpet with no problem. It does a great job on the dust and dirt and the I-Loop is awesome. I do have some hair on the brush roll, but there's so little to clean I can just use a dryer lint and it takes care of the hair, that's how little hair is left on the brush roll after vacuuming the whole house. I like that you can take the brush roll out and you can clean it all and even the mini motorized brush roll can be taken out. The only thing that I'm disappointed about it only came with 1 battery, and I was expecting an extra, I took care of that and went to Tineco's store and got one on sale at a great price under $50.00. I have called Tineco's customer service 4 times and all 4 times I was never on hold, but 2 or 3 minutes at the most. The customer service was great all 4 times, they were professional, kind, and was caring about my situation, and had the answers to my concerns. I own 3 shark vacuums an upright, cannister, and corded upright stratos, so when I thought about buying another vacuum I was looking at sharks, but then I ran across Tineco's vacuum and it took me awhile to decide that 1 day, I just jumped and took a chance and bought the s12. I made a great investment and I would tell anyone to buy any Tineco products you won't be disappointed. This is my 1st Tineco and I am looking at buying another Tineco vacuum. Customer Service is grteat.
I love this vacuum! It is so easy to haul around and use and I can easily hold my clingy daughter while vacuuming. Charging it is a little annoying especially since we haven't mounted the charging base onto the wall yet and it has to be in the base to charge but I was still able to manage. Sometimes the plastic also squeaks a little while moving which does make it feel a little cheap but that is also what makes it lightweight so I can't complain too much about that. It's so easy to vacuum under the bed, vacuum the stairs, and vacuum the cars all of which are annoying with a corded vacuum! Overall, I love this vacuum

It is Alexa compatible and touch control. It cleaned my stairs, linoleum floors, and my suv! The battery charges up super dast. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the battery life. If you use the vacuum on high, it drains the battery fast.

The features are great. The only downside is the battery doesn't last long. It still gets the job done though and does it well. Also a plus that it's fairly quiet. And super light weight.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned thr wet/dry vac from Tineco and was disappointed in that so i was skeptical about this product. So far it is ok. It has a lot of smart features thats going to take a while to learn. I like that its light and portable however the battery life is rather disappointing.
I bought this for my wife after reading a bunch of reviews. She does not like it…battery lasts for 10 minutes and the suction is horrible. I got this for her to get away from the corded vacuum, but she still uses the corded over this guy.
