This armoire is listed as ANTIQUE WHITE. There should be no misunderstanding that this is not a piece of white furniture. It is beautiful and I would recommend all of the Harbor View Collection. I have most of the pieces and it looks great in my den.
Great product for the money, and the site to store saves big on shipping. The unit is very sturdy and easy to put together. The unit is antique white not white, it also has distressing on the unit. The unit is great for my spare room.
My husband is deployed and I was able to put this together by myself! Pretty easy, just took me a little time (2-3 hours). It is antique white while the picture leads you to believe it's stark white. It's still pretty and I really like it. I have it upstairs in our children's play room. Super sturdy and plenty of room for a TV, movies, VCR, and toys!
Bought this for my little girls room. Holds tv, dvd, vcr, play station, stero, and movies all behind closed doors. Tv did sit too low to view from bed. We built a shelf to raise the tv higher. Nicely built and very heavy. It is not a solid white color, you can see the wood color under the white, like a distressed or antique look. Overall we like it.
It was a marathon for me to 1)open the box 2)get my bifocals adjusted 3)get the hang of the instructions 4)have a stool handy to help with the lack of another person to help me. But, boy was it worth it. I just love it and can't wait for family to see it and I put it together all by myself.
The color is more of a pinkish creme, not white. It was quite heavy moving the box into our home (because the delivery man would not bring it into the house). Assembly took 4 hours but was not too complicated. It's sturdy and looks great besides the doors that are a little uneven. Overall a good purchase for the price.
The picture of the Armoire makes it appear white. But it is very true as it says antique white. It is an awsome armoire. The box was a little messed up with shipping and the top of the armoire had nick on it (but its the top and noone can really see it). It looks great in my livingroom and i say buy it!!
the armoire is beautiful it was not that hard to put together whoever the hinges on the doors are weak and they do make the doors off in their apperance when the doors are closed but overall it is very nice other than the door hinges not lining up plum.
I picked out this entertainment center because I believed that it was white like the picture shows and had no reason to believe otherwise. However, when I opened the box it was NOT white. This entertainment is a light natural wood color. (Similar to the picture frame shown on top of the entertainment center in the photo). I am very dissappointed with the color of the item. If you are looking for a white wood entertainment center this is not the one. In addition I own a 32 inch flat screen TV and while the product information says that it will hold most 35 inch TV's, My 32 inch just barley fit. However, with the color and size problems aside it is a very nice sturdy piece of furniture for the price.
