This TV Stand caught my eye from the moment I saw it. I looked at others but this was the one I fell in love with, the price and the quality are outstanding. After receiving it I was more than impressed, this piece of furniture is absolutely beautiful. The picture doesn't lie, it is even more gorgeous when it is set up. I am using my TV stand for my aquarium. I highly recommend this product. I just wish I could find it in my local store so I could purchase another for my tv and the audio stands as well.
I have all the pieces in the Miranda Collection for a reason... quality! They are beautiful as well. I love the combination of old world charm and contemporary flow. With the wrought iron styling on the sides (of this and the audio piers) you create the illusion of more space and open flow. This is also a rarity among affordable TV stands in that it can hold a heavy TV. I have a 34" widescreen Sony Trinitron with all the added weight of high definition video and audio components built in... the thing weights near 300 pounds and this stand holds it with out a problem! You'd never find another one in this price range that could, I've looked.
A very sturdy unit-perfect for my new LCD TV.Drawer holds many DVD's,VHS tapes,game cd's,etc. Bottom shelf is a good height for DVD,VHS,cable box, PS2 (two stacked together on each side).The veneer is really well done too-looks like solid wood! Wrought iron-looking legs add a nice touch and are also sturdy.I was impressed at how it was reinforced for shipping,with additional rigid and corner pieces attached for protection,then shrink-wrapped with heavy gauge plastic for moisture protection.Was relatively easy to assemble-pieces were labelled well.
We love our TV stand. We also have the matching audio stand, and they look very nice together. The TV stand arrived just a few days after I ordered it and was so easy to put together - I recommend it for anyone. Looks great!
Good looking, made well, heavy, I have had it for 7 months now with no problems at all.
I purchased a very large and long 40 gallon tank for the two turtles that I had. Since I have previously only had them in a 20 gallon tank, they fit easily onto my dresser. But then they out grew it, and I could not find a stand any were that would fit the HUGE tank that I had purchased. Although I did not use it for a TV stand, it was reverted into a tank stand. But it still did an amazing job! I needed something that would hold 20 gallons of water on top of all of the things that had to go into the tank. I could have never asked for a better stand! The drawer held everything that I needed and the holes in the back had easy access for all of the cords that went along. It looks amazing and is super nice to have!!
I love this entertainment center (purchased the side stands as well). It was time consuming to put together, but the end result is wonderful. It provides a very comfy, relaxed look for my home and has the look of a more upscale piece of furniture.
I have had this TV stand for 2 years now.It has held up well. The drawer is quite large and holds all my DVD's etc. I also have 2 matching stand that have held up equally as well. Great value for your money.
I really like our TV stand. I like the metal with the wood. It helps blend our furniture. It wasnt to hard to put together. The only thing i was disapointed in was the drawer pulls. I have had this stand for about 6 months and one has already broken off completely. I am not sure if it was defective to start with. Otherwise I cannot figure out how it got broke. Plus this stand was in my bedroom so it wasnt used like one in the family room would be.
We ordered our tv stand from Walmart about a month ago. I love it. We just got our new Vizio 42 inch TV last night and it fits perfect on the stand. And the drawer holds a lot of dvd / cd's. It's a little snug underneath (on the shelf) for our surround sound equipment and dvd player, but that's ok, I love this stand. The only thing I was disappointed with was the shipping cost. It cost over $30 to ship it to me. It wasn't available for purchase in any Walmart store, and not available for ship to store for pickup. This TV stand looks nice in our living room....
