Bought this to go with the double dresser for my two boys and I love the fact that it came with a saftey bracket to anchor it to the wall so it won't turn over! Didn't want something expensive for two young boys and this product is perfect for them!

OK product but not very attractive

It's an ok deal for the price, but it looks better in the photo than it really is. The drawer knobs and dresser feet are made of plastic and look rather awful. Also, the dresser leans forward a bit so that it couldn't be anchored to the wall, and the color is darker than in the photo. Otherwise, it seems like a sturdy dresser and will do just fine in the closet. (It didn't look very good in the room.) Also, beware that it requires total assembly; not one thing comes assembled. Sort of time consuming.

This is definitely an inexpensive piece, and we saved a lot of money over "real" furniture from a local furniture store. Assembly went smooth and was as expected. We ordered 2 dressers and a nightstand. One dresser came with a broken piece and another missing piece. I was able to get in touch with them and they are sending replacement parts for free, but they are in Canada, and it will be about 2 weeks from the point I contacted them, so I have a half-assembled dresser sitting waiting for these parts. I have ordered other Sauder furniture in the past, and feel this is comparable to Sauder (design, assembly, packaging, etc). It has the particle board core with "paper wood". The biggest downfall of this is the durability, but the chance of warping is much less. One tip, the screws that come with this are phillips and square tip combo's. If you use a phillips, there's a lot of slipping. I bought a sqaure tip driver (2 sizes needed) and assembly went much better.

Now that the dresser is put together, it looks fine for the price paid. It was tedious to assemble. The feet and knobs are made of plastic which made it close to impossible to get the screws through. I reminded myself all day that the product wasn't expensive and the frustration of assembly is the trade off for the low price.

This dresser is ok, but for the price that we paid, I really thought we might get something a little more solid. If I had seen it in a store, I would not have bought it.

Just wanted the dresser for a spare room (thank God) because the side panel was cracked and it doesn't look like the same color as the picture. Very cheap! If you need something for a spare room or its not going to be used a lot, then its ok to use otherwise don't bother.

This dresser was a nightmare to assemble and instructions that were hard to understand. The runners on the drawers are made out of plastic and once assembled the drawers were hard to open and close. The drawer handles and 2 front feet on the bottom are also made of plastic. We returned it after spending 4 hours putting it together because it just wasn't worth keeping especially for the price.

Too Complicated

I realized soon after taking this product out of the box that you would need a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering to put it together. The number of parts was completely absurd. It would have taken days to construct. I took it to a nearby WalMart and got a refund.
