I'm so glad I bought this product, the reviews helped a lot so when I ordered this product, I knew to head out and get a rod to hang my baby's wardrobe. My husband and I bought this to go into our daughter's nursery and it is just so beautiful. It even matches well with our changind table, crib, and colors of the room. The armoir even comes with two brackets to anchor it to the wall, but instead of using the rip tie that came with it, we used some wire for added protection. It wasn't extremely difficult to build, you just need two people. I definately recommend this beautiful peice of furniture!!
I was very happy with this product. I am using it for a cabinet in my bathroom for storage. It looks great (better than I thought) and was easy to assemble.
My baby's room has no closets...& we got this armoire as a gift... yes the shelving is white BUT this piece of furniture is for the BABY'S ROOM... my husband built it in about one & a half hours & says the instructions were pretty clear.. there was no rod to hang her clothes on but we improvised & got a wooden rod & screwed it in & VOILA....got a closet :)
This armoire was just what i thought it would be. It looks nice, for the price. And was easy to build. Only draw back, was i thought it came with a pole to hang clothing, we ran to home depot bought a pole and the side inserts and good as new. Can't beat the price and the product, everything i was looking at was $500+, and this will do the job!
I am very happy with my armoire. Everything on the inside is a dark color. I have no white pieces anywhere. My doors lined up perfect when I screwed them on. I didn't have to adjust anything. My only complaint is that the directions are not all that clear. Make sure you have a LOT of patience when you get ready to put this together. The easiest way I have found when putting furniture together is to get everything out of the boxes and sort them into piles. This makes it so much easier. Overall I am very happy with my product and would buy another one.
For the price, this product was exactly what it said it was. Assembly was pretty easy and we had no problem...it took us a while to get the cabinet doors to be straight but we got it eventually. Otherwise, the product was fine and it will serve its purpose. I don't see it lasting for years and years as another armoir I purcahsed about $200 more...but it will be good for now. It is not as sturdy as I would have liked but like I said, you get what you pay for.
This armoire is beautiful. Assembly was a breeze if you took your time and went step by step. We ensured that ALL the pieces were there before we even started and seperated all the hardware to make sure it was all accounted for also. You do need 2 people for assembly at some points. Once together though it is exactly what we expected and a great piece of furniture for the price! Sturdy and looks great with the crib we got
The instructions were probably the worst I have ever encountered. There were NO directions telling you how to assemble this product. None of the parts were numbered or lettered which makes it very difficult to fiqure out.The doors were impossible to align properly. The quality of the wood in the doors and front of drawers is nice, but all the rest is manufactured wood which does not give the piece a quality feel for the price.
We received this armoir in a timely manner but unfortunately that was the only good thing I can say about it. The manual was not labelled properly, the inside shelves and back panelling are white and not cherry, we were missing parts and the Storkcraft customer service reps were not helpful. They told us the new parts would arrive in about ten business days and when we checked the status of the order on the tenth business day, we found out that the parts have not even been shipped yet! Their only advice to us was to just wait and see. I am happy that Walmart has agreed to refund me the price for the armoire less the shipping which I am very grateful for. This is a poor product and the sevice we received was even worse.
I purchased this armoire and was extremely discontented with the quality of it. The doors did not line up together correctly once put on and the holes in most of the pieces were not centered properly causing the armoire to be loosely put together. This is not a good piece of furniture at all!
