I purchased 2 of these storage chests last year and bought 2 more this year. They are light, but sturdy and hold plenty. I use them to store out of season items and have them on display (look like regular baskets). They look wonderful in my white shelves and next to my bisquit walls. Used Site to Store both times when purchasing them. Love them!
Using this for toy storage in my livingroom. It's nice & neutral & doesnt look like a toybox, so it works in the livingroom to hide away the little things that end up everywhere. It was advertised as "large" but I would call it medium in size, by no means is it large. Very happy with my purchase. Lightweight & attractive, nothing sharp to hurt little fingers
This product exceeded my expectations based on the price. I MAY ACTUALLY PURCHASE SOME MORE. The wicker is attractive and does not look "cheap". Future customers need to keep in mind the basket would collapse if something heavier than a few magazines or something like that was placed on top of it and it is not designed to hold heavy items, unless you took them out before moving the storage basket. But by the description, I surmised this would be the case. And for what I want to use this for (hiding wires behind my tv and computer), this will be perfect.
It fit my needs. The measurements are accurate. I was able to store all the things I needed in this decorative bin rather than a cardboard box. Great Value for the price.
This is a great storage basket for lightweight items. I was a little disappointed in the quality. Some of the ends of the weaving are loose and the button closure doesn't really catch. But even so, it looks nice and works well for what I needed it for.
only complaint was that the first batch were shipped in a box that was a little too short soit got smashed. the second batch were great. they make great storage containers and look nice, but dont put anything heavy in them. for kids socks and undies...perfect....
I love the look of this basket, and love that it has a little loop to secure it closed..keeps little busy hands out of it. My only complaint is that the sides are not sturdy, they are soft and fold over easily. I don't know if I just didn't read the description thoroughly or not, but I was expecting it to be more sturdy. All in all, a great basket though.
OK when the basket arrived it was smooshed but with no time to spare due to useing it as a well at a bridal shower i stuffed paper in it in hopes to get it back in shape. Very cute would work out great if it goes back to shape. Very poorly manufactured but what do you honestly get now a days for $15.00?!
This basket is a disappointment because it is to soft. To be great it needs a hard plastic liner to give it shape. It always has a slumpy, used look to it. It was cheap and has the attached lid that are great, but I have considered returning it. I bought it to hold small kid stuff in the living room. I am going to look for a Rubbermaid type container to put inside it so that might help. Overall, I'm not happy with it.
The quality was so poor, and it arrived in such horrible, completely crushed condition that I did not even accept it at the store. Not only was the box completely crushed, but the basket was also crushed and the material was the poorest quality I have ever seen in this type of basket. Would not recommend it. I'm sorry I wasted my time in ordering, waiting for delivery to the store, and the trip across town to attempt to pick it up. Walmart was gracious in allowing me to refuse this product after seeing it.
