We love the light and it is very handy. It clips to just about anything and the flexible neck will adjust to any position. I bought it to use on the grill and my husband has found other uses for it too. The only problem ... when he unscrewed the cap to put the batteries in, it won't screw back on. When he puts the screw in to attach the cap, the screw isn't catching anything. We don't know why. He has to tape the cap on his brand-new light to keep the cap on and batteries in. Rather disappointing.
