We we're very impressed with the manufacturing of this product. All to often when you purchase wood and wood type products, there's either a hole that doesn't match up, apart is missing, or it comes scratched of marked. This bench came in perfect condition, was easy to put together, and fits right it with most any furniture setting. I would highly recommend this product and in comparison to other benches like this one, this one is well worth the money.
I am very happy with this product. The only fault I find is that the seating depth could be a little wider if you plan to add cushions (as I have) so sitting would be a little more comfortable.
We recently purchased this bench for extra seating on a small wall in our family room. We were very pleased with the looks of the bench and how sturdy it is. Two people can sit on it very comfortably and it really is nice when you have lots of company and need extra seating. My husband said it was not hard to assemble either. I would definately recommend it.
This product was very easy to put to gether it looks good in my hallway I boutht this for a halway bench to have something to set on when putting on our shoes I do not allow anyone to where there shoses in the house. I had looked around and I had been pricing it between 200 and 250 and found it a walmart for a very good price the only thing I dont like is the depth of the georges I wish they were deaper. But the aperence and looks are great and easy to keep polished
This was purchased for our mudroom/hallway. It is a beautiful product and is solid hardwood ( I thought it would be MDF like most products, but am so glad it isnt). It was very easy to put together, maybe took 20 minutes the most, maybe less without the distraction of a 2 year old! It is a little shorter than I thought it would be, but I read another comment that stated the same, so I wasnt worried about it. It meets our needs, is solid and sturdy, and the drawers are great for hats, gloves, etc. The seat is high enough off the ground for us to put some shoes underneath the bench as well which is what I wanted. I recommend this bench.
I am VERY pleased with this bench. It is worth every penny. My husband and brother assembled the bench in very little time. The quality was far better than I expected for the price we paid. It looks great and is very sturdy. It was a Christmas Gift for my parents (in their late 80's) and they love it and use it daily. They have it in their foyer and keep their winter gloves, scarves and hats in the drawers and their boots underneath on a boot mat. I highly recommend this bench.
it was very easy to build. 3 drawers were already built, so all we had to do was just put the top parts. the height of the bench is shorter than i thought. it would've been nicer if it was taller.. like.. a typical chair size. but it looks very nice. we put it on our main entrance hall way.
This bench was priced right and appeared to be as nice as the others I was seeing. It was sooo easy to put together and it is very sturdy and made with nice looking wood. I chose a lower back because I have a window in my mud room. I wish it was slightly higher back but I like how long it is and how much roomier my mud room feels with a bench versus a table. One note, do not polish it with furniture polish, it started to change the color.
my wife has wanted a window bench for a few years. We were in no hurry so we shopped around and were disappointed in what we found locally. We found the Walmart bench a few months ago online but we both held out hopes of finding one locally. We took the plunge and ordered it and really like it! The photos are very spot-on when it comes to actual color! Very surprised at how well constructed it is for less than $170! One small complaint is that there was some cosmetic damage to the underside that I, as an experienced work worker, could easily fix. If not for that, I would say it was a perfect bench at a bargain price.
The bench looks expensive. It is a solid piece of furniture and easy to put together. The only thing I wanted to point out is the back appeared higher in pictures than it really is, so if you want a high back, pick another product. Otherwise, I have nothing but good things to say about this bench.
