Good quality. Directions left out one item that was to be put in the cabinet.
Easy to assemble but instructions incomplete so you may have to disassemble a little and then reassemble. Also a slight aroma either from the packing or product itself. Suggest airing out before hand if possible. Otherwise, sturdy, looks good, & functional.
This cabinet is a great fit for my newly remodeled bathroom, however; the instructions have a step listed incorrectly and leave out a step all together. Once put together correct, it is very stable and an attractive storage piece.
The product does not allow the clearence you need to lift a long tolit seat. We had to put pieces of wood under the legs of it. The instructions left out what to do with the piece lettered L, but we figured it out after we finished putting it together and was able to correct it. Overall I really do like it.
The instructions are faulty. It skips steps, it leaves things out... I hope you're handy. So, naturally, you would call the 800-number, right?? I did. After being politely told (both times) by the automated system that my wait time was 5 minutes, I was on hold for over 20 minutes. To make matters worse, I heard the phone get picked up (i.e. there was an audible click and a stop to the muzak) at least 3 times before I was put back on hold. Buyer beware. Good luck.
