This is one of the best buys I've ever made from Walmart! Very nice piece and because I liked it so much, I went out and bought 1 more piece for my office. I loaded my Fax machine, printer/scanner, and still have plenty of space left. The color is much darker than the pic, and very easy to assemble. This is one purchase you won't regret.
It took three hours to assemble, but it was worth the time. I thought the heighth might be too high but it turned out to be just right. After asembling I sat on top of it (145 lbs) with no problems, I now have a 53 lb 24" tv on it. Site to store is great.
Was simple to put it together. Me & My 10 year old put this together. Will need 2 people. Looks very beautiful in my living room. Just ordered the accent table to match. can't wait to get it.
For our summer home I bought the tower to put beside my bed to hold all the things I like to have nearby - radio, clock, lamp, books, knitting stuff, aspirins, water, etc. It is perfect and it looks pretty nice. My son saw it and bought the matching sofa table for his chiropractic office. I like the line so much that I just bought another tower for my winter home to put next to my recliner with all the above mentioned things on it. Hey, lets face it, this is not Henredon furniture but it is quite sturdy and attractive for the price.
i have purchased the tv stand and two audio piers for the livingroom and the accent table for the dining area.The furniture was easily assembled and i love the color of the wood and the wrought iron.It just looks great together.Good quality for the price.
We bought this item during the Christmas shopping season and it arrived just days before Christmas. Although there were 2 slightly damaged shelves (most likely from shipping roughness) we were able to put it together in less than 2 hours. We contacted the company about the damaged parts and they sent us replacements within 2 weeks. The unit is quite unique in style, compared to other small tower units we've seen. And it is absolutely a beautiful corner accent in our dining room!
Overall, a very nice product. Sturdy, decent quality and good drawer space. For the price, hard to beat. Looks great and was easy (although time consuming) to assemble. Recommend using a powered screw driver. Would be better if holes were pre-drilled in back-board so that component wires could be run behind unit in a concealed manner. As it is, component dimensions hide wires for the most part.
The Audio Stand fits our space perfectly - and was surprising well fabricated. For the $, I cannot imagine a nicer unit. Our only complaint is that the pre-drilled shelf holes do not span the entire range of the vertical poles - thus the shelves can not be distributed equally. Very please with the quality of construction - and impressed with the overal design.
I've purchased many Sauder products. And typically they are a good value for the price also typical of Sauder there is at least 1 quality control problem during assembly. With this one, in the leg is a small metal square that wasn't placed at the proper depth making inserting the screw near impossible, had to go to a hardware store to find a longer screw.
It's a beautiful piece. And, it had a superb price tag. It was also very easy to put together. But, it came with a crack in one of the shelves. Once we twiddled around with it and hid the crack, the piece looked beautiful in our living room. Wonderful deal for the price!!
