It was great! I wish they were more!
awesome show for ever one to see
Good Story, Well Executed. it has it's Serious moments, yet can take the time to Toss a decent Joke in once in a while. the Story has a Great conclusion, which i won't spoil. A great Anime for the price. I recommend it. you won't be disappointed.
At least that's what Grandpa says. Actually, the two main characters care deeply about each other. They just can't stop bickering much of the time. The story starts out with a gothic feel in the walls of an old German castle. When everyone goes back to Japan, the tone becomes that of usual everyday living. With mystical and occult themes thrown into the mix. Later, the castle makes another appearance when it travels to Japan briefly. As things progress, it turns out our two main protagonists both have qualities that are desirable to the vampire community. This causes both to be saught after with intrigue ensuing. This is a fun, comedic romp with drama. The final, 25th episode is a nice wrap-up to the story. Much heartfeltness and warmth. The second final episode, number 26, is actually more a surreal OVA. An adventure involving their Antique Shop-House floating around on the sea.
This was a Great Anime I didn't want it to end. It arrived in perfect condition and a week before I expected.
This series deserves 5 stars but I gave it 4 since the DVD case was slightly broken during shipment and one of the DVDs fell out. Thankfully it wasn't scratched and I can still put it back in the DVD holder since only one of the pegs fell off, but it still upset me that I could have gotten a scratched DVD.
