This is a really cute product but after two sets of new batteries, it still does not work!
Very discouraging to get this for my little granddaughter for Christmas and it wouldn't even turn on.
I ordered this item for my daughter despite the negative reviews. I thought it may have been a matter of it requiring batteries. The toy did not work at all. My 3 yr old daughter is disappointed and so am I. This product should be discontinued!!!!
this is the second time I purchased this item, the first was a Christmas gift for my grandaughter the player wouldn't even turn on, I returned it and ordered another, when I received it, it also wouldn't turn on; after troubleshooting with the company their response was return it and order another "three's a charm" VERY DISAPPOINTED.... VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED 3 YR OLD GRANDAUGHTER
