I was taken back (in a good way) by how big this is. My 3 year old son really loves it. He carries it around amd likes to take it into the bathtub. It looks really realistic. Love it! I wish they would of made the teeth a little sharper. They look a little wonky. But I can understand why they didn't make them too sharp aince iy is a toy. Lol. I can't wait to put this in the pool in the summer. The kids will have a blast.
when i Ordered that I thought it was going to be very small imagine how surprised I was when I opened it and it was almost as big as my toddler lol. And she hasn't put it down since it came, she carries it around singing daddy shark. It's made of good material to she took a bite of it and it didn't even leave a mark.
This toy is wonderful! I mean... it's a dragon!! Can't get much cooler. It's very detailed! All the different colors definitely make it exciting. It is large but light-weight. The material is soft and sponge like. You don't have to worry about kids hurting each other with this. Great toy for a boy or a girl!
I got the Adventure Force Soft T-Rex Dinosaur. It is very soft rubber and flexible to bounce back to shape. Green in color and very vibrant. Beautiful bright colors on it makes my son mesmerized. His mouth and eyes a life like. He loves playing with this he carries it everywhere. It is for ages 3 and up. My son throws it everywhere and it bounces right back to shape. Very durable. He has lots of fun with this. It brings his imagination to life. Nice squishy rubber and soft enough when my son falls on it. Hard feet so it does stand up on its own. We Love this toy! Defiantly recommend!
This shark is adorable. Very detailed considering they paid attention to fin detail, curve's, and colors of the body. The tail even has the points on it, no worries Nothing is sharp on the shark. It's filled with air , and the mouth is flexible and can be made to chomp things as my son says. He loves playing with it in the tub, and takes it every where with him. Over all this an excellent toy, and is very well loved.
In reality I think my three year old is a bit too young for this guy, and so is my four year old. I would put an age on this for 5+. They don't seem to have the liking to this dinosaur to that of smaller ones. It's probably because of their age, because the 6" varieties are more popular and are played with enough to where they are needing to be replaced. This toy is very well constructed, and has great detail. It's highly recommended, and has zero small pieces. It's all one big green dinosaur!
My son loves dinosaurs and he plays with this T-Rex dinosaur constantly. One of his favorite things to do with this T-Rex is to take it outside and pretend his dinosaur is stomping around the earth. This dino is brown, detailed, and looks very realistic. The eyes even appear to be glowing. It appears to be made sturdy and of quality materials. This is one of my son's favorite toys and I am enjoying watching him have lots of adventures with his T-Rex.
I got this one and was thinking it would be smaller actually and was surprised and happy with the size. my 2 year old loves this, it doesn't do anything or make noise but can stand and looks really cool. Nice size also and would make a great addition to any dinosaur collection. Would definitely recommend and also seems very durable. I will be buying this as gifts this year for all the Dino collectors I know.
Material is made of a soft pliable material. It feels similar to a partially deflated plastic ball (the kind sold in the large (overhead) mesh bins at stores. This makes it easily bend during play. My only beef with this toy is that the description mentioned twice that the legs had "mobile joints," which I took to mean that they move independently from the body. They do not, they are one solid piece attached to the body. The seams on mine showed just a little bit, but the bond is very strong and I'm certain that it will hold under a LOT of pressure and heavy play. It's very sturdy and BIG (20"), the seams are just not visually pleasing if you're a very picky collector. However, my kids absolutely LOVE this toy! After inspecting, I had my 6 year old son play with it and tell me his thoughts. When I asked what he thought, he said it was "SOOO COOL!!!" and he named it, "Destroyer!" and said, "it even comes with a collar!" (He's referring to the zip tie and tags that come conveniently wrapped around its neck). He's been sleeping with it and playing with it since we got it about a week ago. All in all, my kids and I are very happy with this toy. Even my baby girl loved playing around with it. Good buy!
The first thing that struck me was its size which is impressively BIG (see pics.) The body is firm but squeezable. Textured skin gives a nice touch. Lots of room to grasp and play; but kids also like to swing toys around by their tail and beat other objects with them. Since the tail also bends it would not be able to support its body weight used in that manner over time. For that reason I only gave it 4 stars; but let me be clear I would still buy it. Has life-like features and coloring. Eyes, teeth, mouth, and claws may be scary to the timid. Kids who are really into dinosaur play and don't mind its fierce look will love this giant imposing Raptor. I know someone who will love to find this from Santa very soon!
