I really love this phone because it is touch screen so I feel high tech lol. I also love the fact I can download all the music I want without having to pay for each song.
I bought this for my teen daughter as a reward for her grades and there is no contract. The phone offers a LOT for the money. It has the same ability as a $200 phone and if a teen is happy with it (been attached for over a week now with NO complaints) It has to be a good phone.
This is a great phone. Its very easy to use, the touch screen is great. It is very fast changing screeens and is very sleek in design. The only downside is the battery life.The battery doesn't last long at all or even the whole day. And although it fuctions like an android it does not have access to the android market. Also, Muve Music does not have all songs that you would want, the songs are limited. You can't use any song as a ringtone from Muve Music because Cricket controls that. So although i would recommend the phone i will only do so to people who don't mind charging their phone 3-5 times a day. P.S - You can use only the $45 Muve Music plan with this phone which only give 1000 anytime minutes plus unlimited text, picture, video, and unlimited web access. So the phone could be better but for now it will have to do for me until i can find something better for the price.

The battery dies very quick. Mine does not even last 8 hours. Instructions not very good on how to do things to. There are not alot of useful options to customize it.
Is a pretty phone but has a few malfunctions, the battery life wont work as I expected, the keyboard is hard to use it, I used to save some memo notes in my older phone but this one has files but not memo notes that help to store aditional information on it.
I did not get a chance to use this phone because Cricket does not provide coverage for my area, so i had to return it to walmart. So, i recommend checking the coverage area before you purchase this phone. Also, this phone requires a $45 music plan for activation. So, do your research at cricket.com before you buy this phone.
Seriously, make one or two calls and the battery goes dead. Take a few pics and the battery is drained. Takes forever to send pics and videos and sounds. Hardly ever gets a Internet connection. When I am trying to view a web page it all of a sudden closes the browser for no reason that I can figure. To actually use Muve Music app you have to switch to that plan which Cricket charges you to switch. There no application store like on other smart phones. Although there is a store but everything in it you have to pay for. The calls are more clear on this phone than my old phone but it is overall a horrible phone. The battery life alone makes this phone bad. Do not buy this phone if you like text and web because you won't be satisfied. I wish I never bought this phone. Also the on screen touch keyboard bites big time. The keys are too close together and you always make spelling errors. So not worth it even though it is a cheap price, but I guess you get what you pay for. I am disappointed big time. I was really looking forward to using this phone so disappointed. I can't believe it take days to send one pic. One time it took me four days for one pic to send. Cricket products are horrible.
I bought this phone mainly cause if offers unlimited music downloads, I got my phone, I was so exited , so as I'm trying to active, I couldn't do it , as I called CRICKET so they would do it,they had told me it would work I just needed the $55. plan, so I boought that too, I kept having the same problem, I called them back, then they say that this phone in particular dosent work in my area (90047). I live in Los Angeles. so I have a cool phone that I cant activate, cause that service isn't available......so I DONT recommend you buy this phone..... and if you do call them first to find out what phone, not service, PHONE, will work in your area......
Hate that i spent money on this phone.Doesn't hold a charge at all.Shut off for no reason at all and you can only use the memory card that comes with it if you want to use the music app.Only had it for 4 months and now it wont charge anymore...I wouldn't recommend anyone buying it...its a waste of money
