I've had mine for about 3 years, and aside from dropping it, it still works fine. Good price, good reception, and I'm replacing my old one with a new one since I'm already familiar with it. Can't go wrong for the price, and it might be a little small, however that's just what I want since I carry it around in my pocket being a guy, and don't carry around a purse for a larger one.
I bought this to use in a state that no longer supports Verizon service. I love it! I am trying to get another one...the prongs where you plug the charger got bent because someone to put the wrong one in it. It works great, takes great pics, It is small, but I like that.. fits where my iPhone doesn't! Will buy another one when they come back in stock.
Camera is not very good but it's a good backup phone

Poor sound quality.
I wish that it would clearly state in the product description exactly which plan the phones work with. There is no mention of whether it works with unlimited only vs. monthly minute plan. Someone had answered a question that it would work with the 200-300 minute monthly plan, so that is the reason I bought it. I do not need unlimited talk, text and data. However, when the phone arrived, the box clearly states it will only work with an unlimited talk and text plan for $35 or unlimited talk, text, and some data for $40- $65. Pictures of the packaging would be helpful. I haven't decided whether to keep it or return it yet.
We bought several of them for everyone in the house but after running them for a couple of months, 3 of them have crashed and are completely unbootable. Can't get past the TracFone logo screen. Buy a different phone.....
This phone was ver frustrating to use. It being a very small phone, the keys I wanted to touch were most often wrong. Sometimes I had to punch keys hard. The apps were fine on it. That part worked ok. I also had too many problems dealing with the net 10 customer service to activate and put minutes on it. Not with my time or money with this phone and company. I only uses it about 3 weeks, then got rid of it. Phone is extremely small and very hard to use.
I would not recommend this item. I called Net10 with a problem. Net10 could not help me but after trying multiple things myself I was able to get it working. (I do not think the Net10 person read the manual.) It is slow, very slow. I usually have good luck with Net10 items. This was an exception. Larry
