Got this to replace aging LG that was no longer supported by some networks. New phone is fast w/ a crisp display and curved back feels good in the hand. Had to get used to back buttons and Android 5 but it is LTE so worth the trouble. Chrome is better than the other browser and my banking app runs fine. Wish it came with a manual as I had to download PDF from WFM site. Used my existing WFM SIM and my micro SD card but had to remove rim from SIM to fit micro slot. The battery is big and lasts a long time compared to my other. This is a good inexpensive upgrade for the WFM network. Not tether capable and network does not allow Hotspot function but WiFi calling is supported.
Need to hold close to head or phone calls become slightly garbled. Rear-facing camera is more than sufficient for the amateur. I saw some negative comments regarding the camera, but with my professional background in this area, I believe it is sufficient for general use; buy a real camera if you want something with more controls and features. Good battery life with replaceable batter, if needed. Some other carriers of this phone mention an FM radio as a feature; haven't found it on this one. Online manual says it may/may not have the radio feature. Love the fact that it has wifi telephone calling.
I LOVE THIS PHONE! I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW AFFORDABLE IT IS, BATTERY IS 100x BETTER THAN MY PREVIOUS PHONE AND CAN DO A MILLION MORE THINGS THAN PREVIOUS PHONE AS WELL. THE SCREEN IS A PERFECT SIZE, NOT TOO BIG (TABLET SIZE) & NOT TOO SMALL. I ALSO LOVE THE KNOCK CODE FEATURE FOR LOCKING THE PHONE, THE LIVE WALLPAPER, QUICK MEMO, YOU CAN ALSO TAKE PICS JUST BY SAYING CERTAIN WORDS! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
Hubby and I both have one of these and we love them! I had an Alcatel before this and HATED it! This phone allows me the freedom to move apps to my SD card, adjust the volume w/o putting in my passcode, set certain ringtones for certain people, etc. I find out new things about the phone everyday!
Very nice phone. Got for my 11 year old and she loves it!
I'm really pleased with this phone. It's at least $200 less than comparable phones yet it works so much better than my S5 did. It's easy to use.
Great phone! It was a little odd getting used to power button being on back, but I discovered that you can tap the screen to get it to come on. Volume controls also on back. Only issue was when using phone on my shoulder before putting it in a case, I think the power button was getting pressed. Case solved that problem. Overall excellent phone. I couldn't pass up the price! Was already low and was reduced before I ordered. I would say the plastic snap-on back initially gave it a "cheap" feel/appearance, but it is still a definite upgrade from what I had before. No issues so far after a week or so of use. I just need a new SIM card to use wifi calling it tells me. Camera also great, but up-close pics are blurry on detail. Still need to use digital camera for those. Appears I will be using this phone for quite some time. Recommended especially for those on a budget that want/need a smart phone.
The phone offers more then the price of it. It has good battery life even with a good amount of use. Storage space was around 2.8gb after setup so you might want to get an SD card if you plan on saving things to the phone. The bad parts, at least to myself, are the volume and power buttons were placed in the back of the phone rather than the sides. There's no fixed back, home, or manager buttons on the phone itself. Instead, they are at the bottom of the screen and disappear occasionally playing a game or viewing a page. A simple swipe at the top brings the options back, but confusing at first. Last, there's no fixed camera button which isn't a big deal. You do have to manually change the resolution from 3 to 5 in the settings of you want higher quality images.
Have had tis phone for just under a month. i have had absolutly no problems with it. not loaded with a bunch of usless apps. takes good pics even has mult-burst. camera could stand to have a few extras but for the price you cant go wrong. has 5.2 android version. fast downloads unless you are in a 2g area. have not used LTE dont have in my area anyway. 2 through 4g only. will not do wifi calling due to sims card progaming. not sure if it is available with walmart,. need to update sims but that can only be done through t-moble. however, all aside this is a comprable phone to the lg 90. with just a few less functions. lastly i personaly do like the key placement for on/off and volume. really never liked side keys/buttons.
Pros. Very Speedy: Android 5.1.1 Is Zippy On This Device. Big Screen At 4.5" 8 GB Of ROM: Perfect For me. Apps Open & Close Without Flaws The Only Con I Can Think Of Is The Placement Of The Power & Volume Up & Down Buttons, Which If Your Used To Them On The Side Of The Phone Well Having Them On The Rear May Take Some Time To Figure It Out. Overall A Great Phone.
