I think he his still getting use to it.
We purchased two of these phones and couldn't be happier. They are user-friendly and do what they are intended to do. The picture taking quality is sub par but I didn't buy it to take pictures. Total Wireless is a great company to work with. I highly recommend the phone and their plan!
After many years with straight talk I switched to Total wireless and bought this phone. LG never fails to impress. It has excellent call quality, does not drop calls and can go days without needing a charge. Strangely enough according to the Walmart website this phone does not work in my zip code. I called Total Wireless and they assured me it will. Just in case it did not I purchased it from Walmart, easier to return than having to send it back to Total. It gets all the bars and works just fine. 25 bucks a month for unlimited talk and text makes this the best deal in wireless. The only problems I have with this phone is that they eliminated the calendar that you could add to the home-screen. Now you have to push a series of buttons to access it. And you can no longer add your contact list to the directional button. So when you want to make a call you once again have to push extra buttons. Overall I love this phone and expect to still be using it four years from now.
Helped my uncle get his first cell phone and it is working great and getting great coverage.
This phone has worked fine for me. It is my first cell phone. The battery life when it is being used seems to be about 2 to 2 and one half hours. I have had this phone for a little over a month.
Great product!
This phone is extremely slow opening anything, or trying to get on the net. The keyboard is too small so I downloaded Google keyboard, its better. Slow to connect to WiFi. Doesn't have latest WiFi connection speed. Glass very fragile. Dropped from about 2 feet on pavement, landed on it's back and then on it's face. Cracked the glass. Had a Samsung before, much more durable, faster, over all better. This is a cheap phone and that shows once you have it a few weeks.
After spending over two hours dealing with tech support that did not speak English well enough to understand. They told me phone was broken and I needed a new one. They said they would ship me a replacement but it would take five days before it would arrive. had to go buy second phone and fight through tech support again. Phone works but on the cheap side, should last a few months.
