Love this little house! We're creating a little garden area for my 1 year old and wanted something small. I love that it's very open to allow air flow and the colors are pretty neutral. We also purchased the Step2 Naturally Playful Sand Table that matches perfectly! So adorable! I have been very happy with all of our Step2 purchases so far!
I got this for my 1 yrs birthday and he loves it!!!! It very easy to put together, perfect size for my front room. I do wish the table was a little bigger, but pretty satisfied all around.
Our 18-month old used to go and sit in his toybox and we figured he'd like to have a little house in his room instead, and we were right. He absolutely loves it! when you put a few cherios on the table he gets all excited, rings the bell, opend the door, sits at the table and enjoys them one by one. can't wait to take it outside in the summer!
This product is PERFECT for small areas. I have put it on our back patio and it is perfect for my 2 little girls ages 20 months. They also really love the doorbell. It took about 15 min to put together by myself.
I was looking for an indoor playhouse for my 2 year old son to play with when Mom is busy indoors and not able to be outside all day every day :) This playhouse greatly met my expectations! It is small enough that it fits in a little nook of our townhouse, and squeezes through the outside back door to be able to play with on the back deck as well. Being smaller does mean that really only 2-3 little ones would fit & play comfortably inside & the "seats & table" are definitely sized for little-little ones, or dolls... It was pretty easy to assemble & directions were pretty clear, however I would definitely suggest use of a battery powered screw gun over a screwdriver. Any of these houses seem a little steep at $100+ for a few pieces of plastic, but hopefully it will hold up to my rough & tough little guy for at least a few years indoors & out. Used Ship to Store & was very pleased with confirmations & ship date which is normally a little sooner than date given. Thanks Walmart.com!
My boys now 2 & 4 got this for Christmas last year and love it! They play in & eat in it. It is kind of small, but just right for the amount of space we have. It was easy to put together.They can both sit comfortably in the seats. They enjoy making mail & using the mailbox and ringing the doorbell. When small kids come over the playhouse is the first place they go. At times there have been up to 5 kids ages 2-9 in and it was packed, but they were still having fun. My boys are pretty rough & wild so it has been through alot, but is still in great shape. They have broken the table a few times from climbing on it, but I have been able to pop it back in place. They have sat on the roof many times, but it can be easily popped back up. Great product for the price and I'm glad I got it!
Great and easy to put together!
Putting the playhouse together was easy using a power drill. It is the perfect size for my one-year-old granddaughter and her day care friends. Having a floor is a real plus; it feels like a house. It is lightweight enough for me to move by myself, so it may also be blown over in a strong wind. Price was a little high for a molded structure.
I bought this for my 1 year old Grandaughter. We keep it in the livving room. She goes in and out and puts stuff on the shelves and takes them off. The door bell is soft and not annoying. She still can't figure out how to fit in the tight fitting seats but that will come. I would have prefered a bench to the little table. Great purchase and she loves it.
Bought this for my 2 yo and while putting it together noticed how scratched up it was from the factory and box it was shipped in. The plastic is quite thin and is flimsy. My daughter can push and pull the whole thing since it's so light, and that doesn't sit well with me. The door knob was very difficult to screw into the dutch door; we had to find a larger screw so that the knob wouldn't fall off or be pulled off by my daughter. The seating is VERY small and very tight; the "table" isn't very secure and the shelving is very small. Oh, and the structure is SUPER narrow! Good for very small places, but I was hoping it would be wider. I should have just invested in a wood playhouse. I'm just not happy with this purchase. =(
