When I searched for a playhouse I had a budget and I wanted space. I compared several on 4 different sites. Walmart had the best price, it arrived for store pick up a week earlier which is a bonus. In store pick up was easy, but the box is big though, and we have a moderate sized SUV. I was told that some take out the pieces to fit, we grabbed some bungees and it worked out fine. Hubby got it up in an hour, no complaints. My 11 mo., 2.5 yrs., 9 yrs. girls love it. The youngest surprised me with how much she is enjoying the house, and its simplicity. They are tall and fit nicely with space to add a couple props inside (kiddie chairs). I'm tall and I could easily get in and out to help them if needed. I'm sure youngest will enjoy this for years, I did not pay attention to the openness when I made our selection, but I'm glad the windows are oversized on 2 sides and a nice size above the door. One thing that is not clear by the image, or description (or perhaps I missed it), is that the tomb shape with a lion image above the red flower holder is just a replica of a fountain. I had thought this would pop out and down to rest on top of the flower holder as an optional table. Glad I bought a picnic table separately. They love it. I love it.
Easy to assemble. More floor space than most. Well built, good price.
I got this for my daughter and am so happy I did. She loves it and its virtually indestructible. Rain, wind, sand, etc have hit this thing and it still is safe and standing. Ilove it for her. Much better than wood options that can't stand up to our crazy Florida weather. Best part...no splinters with this cottage!
Great for my two year old and six year old! They both love it! Easy to assemble and only took about 30 min!

Bought this playhouse for my granddaughters Birthday. Researched a lot of houses an decided on this one. It's perfect. Roomy, sturdy an my granddaughter loves the phone an doorbell. The box was huge. Glad I brought the pickup. Was easy to put together.
My 3 year old grand daughter just love her little house. It was very easy to put together. I have already recommended that a friend purchase one for her son. Reasonable priced.
Great playhouse, taller than most, very happy with the quality
This playhouse was well priced for the size and features. All 5 (age 10-3) of my kids enjoy using the playhouse and can fit the younger 3 children together comfortably inside. It was very easy to put together and I like that it is plastic and washes off easily.
