I have a big 3 yr old so he outgrew his full bucket swing and this one is perfect for him. If it were up to him he'd be out there swinging all day and night. Great swing made of great material. Had to buy some extra stuff to put in our tree.
My daughter is 2 yrs old and she can scoot herself onto this swing without falling off the back side. We tried putting her directly onto a regular swing from the infant swing because she outgrew it but she kept falling off the regular swing so it wasn't safe. She can relax in this swing and so can I because I know that she is safe.
This swing is perfect. It is very sturdy, well built and it has chain links so you can adjust the length of the swing from the ground.
This swing was the perfect fit for my three year old daughter. She was afraid to swing on the big kid swing because she fell off one time. She wanted to swing in her little brothers full bucket swing but her legs were getting to big to fit through the holes. This half bucket swing is perfect because she doesn't have to put her legs through the front holes seen on the standard bucket swings. There is a front lap belt chain that makes her feel safe and secure. This swing also comes with all the necessary pieces. I just pulled it out of the box and hung it up. Perfect!
The seat is the perfect size for my 19 month old, but our 3 year old (who is almost 40lbs) can also swing in it comfortably. The bucket is durable, well balanced and high enough around my daughter's back that she can really feel safe swinging and she leans back while swinging to look at the sky. The chain is well protected and long enough to put the swing right at her level so she can get in and out on her own and push with her feet. I was worried she may slip out the front because there isn't a middle strap, but this hasn't been an issue since we keep the swing down at her level so she can catch herself with her feet and push back into the seat if she slips forward.
I bought this swing for our 2 yr old toddler who isn't quite ready for a regular seat. She loves to swing in it and fits in it perfectly. The swing is great quality...even better than most swings at public parks.
I had this swing for less than a month. My kids seemed to enjoy it. I don't know how it will hold up over time, but so far so good. It is built as expected.
My son loves this swing! It's a great transition swing from when a child is too big for an infant swing but not old enough to really use a regular swing. Kind of like a "training wheel swing" until he learns to really hold on well and not lean too far back. Gives him a chance to practice pumping his little legs to learn how to swing. The coated chains are a nice safety feature. It's a very well made product.
The swing is a perfect size for my two-year-old granddaughter. My four-year-old granddaughter may be able to fit, but hasn't been here yet. It is smaller than I expected. I like the size of the chain and I'm very impressed with how safe the swing seems. I just wish it were slightly larger.
I got this for my 2 1/2 year old grandson who was outgrowing the bucket seat but not ready for the sling seats. He loves it. Easy to install.
