Covid has been difficult on all of us, especially toddlers that don't understand why they can't visit with their friends for such a long time. My husband and I purchased this swing set to provide our daughter with some outside playtime to help out with the lack of playmates. She loves it and plays on it constantly. It was relatively easy to put together save an issue with which screws went where, but ultimately we are very happy with our purchase
BUT once built, it made my son VERY happy. We love it!

My son loves the Step2 Naturally Playful Playhouse Climber with Swing Extension. He plays on it everyday! We can't get him off! Our handyman put it together with no problems.
This product was perfect for our one and three year old ! They Love it ! It's pretty compact and fit well in our small space . My husband built it in less than two hours .
My husband was able to put this together mainly by himself in a few hours. The set is very sturdy. My preschool kids love it, the only problem is that the slide gets REALLY hot. There have been a few years because they didn't check it before they went down. The other parts of the set do not have this problem. We are in CA so our summers are very hot, but none of my other plastic slides from Step 2 or Little Tikes have had this issue.
Swing set is sturdy for our toddlers and holds up well in the weather and sunshine. Relatively easy to put together. Would've been nice if the delivery team brought the product to the backyard instead of leaving it on the front porch, but it was easy enough to work around.
I love this swing set and bought one 7 years ago for one set of grandkids and it is still in good condition and getting lots of use. That one was a breeze to set up, in fact it was put together on Christmas Eve in the dark with no issues. Unfortunately that was not the case this time. My son tried to put it together a week before Christmas. It turned out not only were parts missing, but there were a couple of holes not large enough for the bolts and had to be enlarged. Even worse, other holes didn't even line up and had to be drilled. He had to give up in mid-setup and then it rained for several days. It finally did get done, but this was not what I expected from this company at all.
The instructions are horrible, just photos! You have to observe the photos which are not in great detail. We had to backtrack on several parts to take apart and put back together because of a small part that was missed. Not only that but the slide was a complete nightmare to put on. We watched a YouTube video over and over which wasn't helpful. Now that it is all put together, it is fine. The instructions need to be rewritten with details and photos. It took about 4-5 hours to put together.
