I bought this for my 6 year old son and he loves it.
My 6 year old son loves Spongebob. There a lot of very tiny pieces so I only allow him to play it in one area of the house on a table. He does not take anything apart because he knows he cannot assemble it alone. He loves the set and plays with it all the time.
I got this for my 5 year old. I suppose I should have taken the age guideline more seriously!! This kit has ALOT of small, tinypieces. I can't tell you how many I've accidentally stepped on! This Lego set will prob. got into 'storage' for another year or 2. 5 yrs old is too young tofully enjoy it
