I purchased the "Hollie" and "Henry" my one year grandchildren love them. They have been playing on them everyday since Christmas and they have NOT tipped over; they are safe for toddlers to ride. The assembly of the 'rocking horses' are extremely easy and fast.
While the rocking horse is pretty it leans too far back when my child is on the horse and therefore she can not rock on it. She also can not reach the ground. I would not recommend this product for children under 4.
