I grew up playing this game with my Grammy, who was just AMAZING at finding all the words. Now that I'm grown up, I still love playing this word game and I love to introduce it to new people. It's a perfect game for ages 7 and up. As a teacher, I've seen educational uses for the game, too. This is a great way for beginning, intermediate, AND experienced readers to play with the words they have learned. And more importantly, it helps them grow WITH their families, creating a warm connection between family and learning, and giving kids a literate role model to follow (like when I tried so hard to beat my Grammy's score).
A fun and challenging game. After the 3 minute timer goes off, I draw a line, and below it try to discover MORE words. It's a FUN challenging game for kids from 8 to 80 years old. Enjoy.
I bought this game for my son less than a month ago because he has trouble with reading and spelling. We've played several times and I've already noticed a huge difference in his spelling and retaining the words. This product = fun while learning.
I have tried this product not sure I like the new box but it is still fun....
