I bought Monopoly Electronic Banking for my 25 year old son for Christmas. We played it as a family this afternoon and then again tonight with one of his friends. It is very 21st century. I love the different names on the properties! I highly recommend this game for anyone who loves to play Monopoly!
Purchased Monopoly for the family for Christmas...wonderful, no need to keep accountablity of all the money...the credit card machine does it for you. I love the true to date cost of properties this will show your kids that things are very expensive this day and time, as well as teach them about different points of interest in various cities around the US. Your family will love this game for years to come. Its worth the money.
I looked at all the stores after Christmas, everyone was out of this game,not on Walmart.com.I ordered it and it arrived as per the time suggested.The game is so much fun.While its easier because of no money , the kids still have to know how to use the little calculator type machine in order for money to change hands.My children and I really had a blast playing this new version.
This version of Monopoly is awesome, it puts my family around the dinner table together much more often.
love the product. got for xmas. it's easier then the regular monopoly. it also goes alot faster. if your ever want this i reccomend getting it. when i got the game i played almost every dya for a week. it's really fun.
Kids have played this several times in the last couple of days, They LOVE it! So nice not having to deal with the monopoly money!
I bought this item in November for a Christmas gift for $23.94 and free shipping site to store. We have played it so much and love it. Everyone wants to be the banker and our friends like playing it also. I was looking to buy another but I don't think it's worth the current advertised price. I will watch and see if it goes on sale and if it does, I reccommend you buy it!! You won't be sorry.
The first thing you notice when you unpack the game is the updated property names and game pieces. Airports instead of railroads, famous ball parks, and VERY high prices (In the millions). For example, you collect $2 million bucks to pass go! And the biggy, no cash, a Credit card! I liked it, it refreshed the game. You gotta have a banker who pays attention or you're in trouble. BTW, bought it for my 15 yo grandson for Christmas. I also commend Wal Mart for their delivery AS PROMISED by Christmas though I ordered late..
Its better not having to use the paper money.
I love monopoly as a child and was looking forward to this debit card version, I raved about it for weeks to familly and friends. It was overpriced, but I still brought it, and it was not what I expected. The debit machine looked cheesy and the board came folded in a manner which could easily come apart. I actually returned this one and am going to purchase the original.
