Cute little kitchen set. Big/tall enough for my 5 year old. It is also easy to assemble in my opinion.
I decided on this kitchen for my 5 year old who loves to pretend to cook, I chose this one because it is taller than most I found but the price was still affordable. He also has to share with his 2 year old brother who has already knocked it down and it is holding up very well so far. Even their 9 year old brother has come in to cook them dinner in to oven or microwave! It has been an all around win in my house!
I was tired the day the kitchen set arrived but my granddaughter was so excited about it I went on and put it together. Wow, no problem - set up was super easy. It has just enough dishes, etc, and my granddaughter especially loves the stove. It's the first place she goes when she arrives at my house. It's easy to move so I can clean behind it and so far seems very sturdy. I would certainly recommend this to anyone with little ones or who keeps little ones often.
This kitchen is adorable! my daughter is one and can play in the sink as well as open and close the oven and fridge door which she loves doing. She enjoys the baskets on the side and putting items in and out of them, it came with everything we needed. not to many small items for mommy to pick up. I really enjoy the reusable shopping bag and the recycle bin so i can teach her at a young age about doing good for our earth! It took her dad about 30 minutes to put together while i put on the doors and stickers. our stickers were a bit crumbled but we smoothed them out once on the kitchen and now you can't even tell.. Love Love love it!
Such an amazing kitchen, my 3 year old so loves it, my 1.5 year daughter hasn’t really gotten into it so much. I love all the space to hold the play food.
My mom and I got the Step2 Heart of the Home Kitchen as a surprise gift for my 2 1/2 yr old little niece and she love it!!! Its actually very big and the lights come up when you put the pot on the stove it makes a sound of either boiling or frying something is pretty neat. I love the pet section under the sink. The sink is pretty big. The accessories are not the greates. You might have to buy a bundle of toy foods and pots. There is a picture frame for to put your kid's picture I thought that was cute. overall my niece love it and she is always willing to cook some soup or chicken!!
My daughter loves her Heart of the Home Kitchen. It’s very life like. Assembling was a little difficult with screwing together the main pieces. All in all great product.
Bought for Christmas present for young granddaughter. Her parents put the kitchen together with ease. The only concern is that there are no backs to screws when putting pieces together. I hope the kitchen lasts as long as the Fisher-Price one my daughter had growing up! I know granddaughter will have a lot of fun with the kitchen. My mission now is to find a cuddly soft dog to go with the dog eating station!!!
I was very excited when I saw this online. It has everything a child could want in a play kitchen even a place for a stuffed dog. However, the first one I ordered had no holes drilled where the screws are meant to go. It is very large and a pain to return. I ordered a new one hoping the holes would be drilled, but once again - no holes. Very disappointed, but we kept it and hoping at some point I can get someone to help screw holes so it doesn't keep falling apart.
I ordered this November 30, 2023 as a gift to my granddaughter for Christmas . She was so excited upon opening the gift, so you can imagine the disappointment when several parts of the set were missing ! Being 3 years old and not understanding she cried to keep the refrigerator and oven ( parts that were there) to play with. When I contacted Walmart the next morning explaining there was no sink , no stickers , and no dishes/food -I was told that a returned item had no doubt mistakenly been sent to me and I'd have to drive an hour back to my sons house to pick up the parts along with box /barcode and drive them another 40 mins to our nearest Walmart to get a refund , then reorder the item! I work full time and so does her parents and if I wanted to do all this running I'd never ordered it online to start with! Not to mention that reordering now I'd be afraid of getting another incomplete, used set . Iv spent thousands of dollars with Walmart and the past 9 years I have ordered all of my holiday and birthday gifts online but I will find somewhere else to order from next time as this is totally unacceptable because this was shipped from Walmarts warehouse to me this way. Now il have to wait til I'm off work again and spend hours picking up and returning this mess , which means my granddaughter will be waiting an extra 2 weeks at least to get her intended gift. I should have received what I paid for the first time, they took my money no problem , but now I have to go through a hassle just to get what I already paid for. So my granddaughters Christmas gift from me was a total Flop thanks to Walmart . If it helps any viewer - what parts we did receive seemed to be sturdy and I think it would've been cute had it been complete.
