I got the giant stuffed Border Collie for my nine year old grand daughter for Christmas, and she loves it! The stuffi looks very realistic, with a cute facial expression and soft fur. It was the "best present ever" according to my grand daughter. Gisela
The Border Collie is great. Our live collie at home looks a lot like him but somewhat smaller. This one's mouth is slightly off center but it adds to the character of the animal. He fits right in with our menagerie. Welcome to the family, Mr. Border Collie, sir!
I'm a Pet Photographer and I bought this for several reason. First to practice my lighting without stressing out my dogs. This one sits so much better then mine and I can leave the room and he will not move one bit. Perfectly trained dog! The Black and White colors helps me setup my lights so I do not over expose the whites while still getting detail in the black fur. The dog has held up very well, even when other dogs want to play with him. All the photos have not gone to his head, he still sits and stays perfectly. He has never made a mess in my studio. Perfect dog model.
I love my new puppy! Her name is Cookie and she is so beautiful! Visitors love her as well. She is the best behaved dog. No accidents and no vet bills! No giant bags of dog food either! She is a fantastic guard dog, standing in the front window when I go out of town! Thank you for my new best friend!
My husband loves the product, it reminds him of our border collie ,Ruby, who passed away in 2007. He has the stuffed animal in our living room, along with a another product, the german shorthaired pointer, that he won at a church bingo. With the 2 dogs, it looks like we have a new pets to protect our house from a distance.
My husband looked twice when he came through the door and saw this dog, it looked so real. It was ordered for my granddaughter's birthday. The package was damaged during shipping so it was returned. I emailed the company to see if they could get me another one before her birthday or if I just needed to try and find it elsewhere. I was so surprised when Shelly from Melissa & Doug called me. I almost didn't answer the phone. Even though the damage wasn't done before shipping she apologized and told me she was sending another one that day. It came yesterday and I know one little girl that is going to be so happy. I love this product and it's great to deal with a company who seems to care about the customer.

Our grandson seemed to love his border collie. He took it all around the apartment. The dog is so lifelike that he has surprised his mother several times! Our grandson has yet to name his dog. We just purchased a collar for the dog, which we are going to send him.
Product is fine, but customer service is horrible. Paid $27.99 extra shipping to have it here on 12/18, it doesn't show up till 12/22, 4 days late. If I had known that I would have gone with the free shipping. Customer service would only refund me $7.49 for shipping.
The product is fine!!! I paid extra to have this shipped for me so I could put it under the tree for my little girl for Christmas. They told me that UPS shipping was behind that they were going to drop ship me one overnight so that I can have it in time. Even though I asked for a new confirmation number or tracking number, they told me it wasn't necessary and they promised me that it would be there in time. It did not show up until three days after Christmas. Way to ruin the idea of Santa Claus, Melissa and Doug! Never Again!!!
