This gift set is a wonderful add-on to my ever growing collection. The clothing on both Barbie and Ken is very well-made and contemporary, both sporting the Harley Davidson logo. As others have previously mentioned, the quality of the dolls is fantastic and very detailed. Barbie has a pierced navel and her jacket can be zipped up and Ken's tattoo is very realistic looking. He is fully articulated, his head can also swivel left to right and up and down. While Barbie, though only articulated at the knees, has great flexibility so that she can bend and sit. However, I do wish Mattel would have made her fully articulated like Ken. Other than that, I have no complaints. To be perfectly honest, the picture doesn't do it any justice. You will not regret treating yourself or a Harley Davidson fan or a doll collector to this gift set. As a side note, after comparing prices, I found that Walmart has the best deal on this gift set.
the Ken doll is articulated at the ankles and wrists besides the knees, hips, elbows and shoulders - his head is more articulated too (neck is much better). joints look good (no metal screws showing as in previous Kens). unfortunately Barbie's wrists, elbows and feet are not articulated. fashions are well made in this set, and hair on both dolls is styled nicely. wish Barbie was equally posable. you will love this Ken, he is extra special. good price here too.
Great product for collectors and far less expensive than the Barbie website.
Everything about the male doll is super good. The synthetic leather clothes breaks down in time. I bought the doll sealed but as soon as I touch the leather, it creased and started to peel. He is by far the most good looking ken ever. Btw, the male doll is articulated but not the female doll with him.
I am just lovin this Barbie & Ken set. Fits right in with my Biker Barbie Collection. Is worth the price.
Was so glad to get this set! The box dispay is wonderful and was torn on whether to debox it or not. I did take it out of the box in the end and now both are now "riding" my 1.6 Harley Indian motorcycle!
