It's great educational toy for kids. I got for my 6 yr old son and he loves it so much. It has lot of information and educates Him with great fun way. It's quiet easy in handling this toy. Even my small kid loves it. This toy keeps my kids busy and engaged in an educational way. Highly recommended. Worth in buying it.
This product is definitely appropriate for kids ages 3+. My son is 6 and seems to find it informative and fun. A little flimsy but for the price and information given its priceless!
I bought it for $25 and it should be price for it Originally it was $50 and I would never pay this much Overall nice and educational toy for toddlers 3T to 5 maybe 6 years old kids Additionaly uses app on iPhone which is pretty cool feature Cover on a top that holds maps is not sturdy and falling out all the time which drives me nuts but maybe it just ours :/
Wonderful educational toy. I brought two of them for my 4 year old grandchildren love this, my grandson is already a dinosaur finatic so when he saw the fact sheet teaching him about the differents types of dinosaurs he was so excited. Definitely recommend.
This toy is very easy to use. It's got comfortable handles and the maps can conviently get stored in the slot on top of the device. The image icons are easy to learn and the fun facts provide great info for kids and adults. Although it's compatible with the Apple Iphone, it doesn't work with the Iphone 5 so I couldn't use this feature.
I had high hopes when I purchased this and to be honest I am a little disappointed in the quality of this product. #1 the little clear flip top that keeps the additional maps covered keeps coming off. In fact it came off within 2 minutes of taking it out of the package. Also I just assumed there would be a regular map of the United States that would allow you to learn all 50 states BUT there is not, there is a map of the United States however it just provides random useless facts that would not interest a 5 year old. Shame on me for thinking it would have the basics and then elaborate on them. This product is okay for just a toy not really a learning instrument. I would not purchase it again.
1. More informative 2. The plastic cover on top of the unit opens up easily and the maps doesn't stay inside the unit. 3. Good collection of maps. 4.It is very hard for the kids to touch the map with the pen. The sensors doesn't work properly. 5. My son doesn't show much interest as it is very hard for them to touch the map with the pen.
The plastic door that holds the different maps in will not latch securely and is constantly flying open. Not nearly as cool as I thought it would be. The maps have little pictures on them on some states and countries. When you run each program it tells you to touch anywhere on the map for it to tell you certain things. It only responds if you touch the picture. Very disappointed with this purchase. Not anything like I expected.
very hard to use. have to push very hard to get pen to work. ipod doesnt always pick things up going across the map. have to be in a very well lit room. not at all what i expected very disappointed.
Ok first of all aside from it being made cheap. It half way works, the iPod and iPhone app takes an hour to sync with the device on top of that the clear peice at the top never stays closed and pops off easily. I would not recommend this to anyone else. It seems like a poor attempt on bringing idevices and children's learning together. The prong piece need to be upgraded as well.
