[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most beautiful display I've ever seen! OLED makes all the colors pop in films and tv. For gaming the picture quality is crisp and detailed. I can never go back to a non OLED screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OLEDC2 is absolutely breathtaking for watching shows and playing games. I am very glad I got this television. The contrast and brightness is incredible evern during the day, and the customization options are excellent. The side-by-side and picture-in-picture leave a little to be desired as someone who would like to game along with my wife or watch a show while gaming, but it's not enough to knock off a star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 48” set. The picture quality is amazing. My home theater setting is not optimal, with a lot of ambient side and back light. Despite all that, the OLED picture is gorgeous. I finally get true blacks. I’m 100% satisfied with the picture. My only gripe is that the Smart TV wants to control the entertainment system, not concede to the home theater receiver. In general, I just don’t like smart TVs. Power outages and LG system upgrades often require a resetting - to get me back to where I was. I stream lots of HD content from my computer, and previously, had spotty performance. The LG connectivity is terrific. Simple to set up! If there were a “monitor-only” mode, I would give 5 stars.

Now I have another work order in because HDMI cec isn't working at all won't pass sound or recognize devices hooked or control power to device when turning off TV or devices vice versa. Quality of picture is awesome and I have had great TVs from LG in the past this TV may be a one off
You sold me a used television when I purchased a new one and despite several interactions with customer service, you have not yet resolved the situation satisfactorily. The unit had been run for 62 hours prior to my turning it on and it has multiple small scratches on the screen. I am willing to accept the TV, but at a price consistent with the ("open box") condition of the unit as sold to me. I have offered 50%. I have already had the unit professionally installed and I do not wish to be further inconvenienced.
This is advertised as a NEW product. When the package arrived, it came in the box for a LG C3 (newer, 2023 model), and was clearly NOT new. This is heavily discounted, but for good reason - it is two years old and open box. TV probably works, but at this price point, I'm not risking an open box.
Very dark picture as well as grainy. Interface is complicated and cumbersome, and menu stick when scrolling despite high speed connection. LG doesn’t offer apps to many of the most popular streaming services including cable providers streaming apps that are easily downloaded and used on other platforms (Roku). Unwatchable TV with a less that stellar pic quality and brightness. The one positive thing I will say is that the sound was amazing. The number one reason we purchased the TV and they certainly did that right.
