This bed comes in a MASSIVE box! Longer than a refrigerator so make sure you have a trailer! It is much bigger than I thought it would be once put together so I definately feel like I got my moneys worth! Very easy to put together and my 3 year old son LOVES it!
Purchased this bed from Walmart because they had the best price and site to store shipping can't be beat. My 2 yr grandson loves it, husband is 6 ft and can lay in bed and read books to toddler. We used plywood base instead of wood slats and a 10 inch mattress, holds him in on all sides. Gaps on sides of frame are not a problem.
Was unsure about the quality after reading some reviews before buying. After buying and putting together (a breeze btw) Im glad i did. Overall am extremely happy and more importantly my son loves it.
I got this bed for my son he sleeps so crazy but he can't fall out completely safe for small children. You do need to buy a box board for support. I have had the bed for over six months and I haven't had any problems
I absolutly love this car bed! It's well made and easy to assemble. I am certain that its durability will last for years to come! My son is 18 months old and has plenty of grow room with this bed. He loves it! I bought just the mattress for it as he is so little and this is my transition from crib to bed. The sides are higher and he can't fall out of bed. HUGE RELIEF for me! He has no problem getting into or out of it... he simply climbs in from the slanted hood and then back out. It's great! As he gets older, I will purchase the box spring for it. It will then be higher up for his age. Great Buy!
My two year old grandson slept all night the very first night. He is so proud of his bed. Yes, there is a little extra room around the mattress from the actual frame but we felt like that was a good thing because it gives room to tuck in the bedding. He looks so tiny in this big bed but it really is the perfect size. He will not roll out of it (we only used the mattress and not box springs) but he can get out of it safely by himself. His Mommy and Daddy also got much needed sleep. It's been a week and he still loves it and sleeps most if not all night in it.
When We got the bed home and put it together We were so please with it my 3 years old babyboy Just Love his new bed everything about it We are please with i can see my baby having this bed for a long time. Yes i give it 5 stars!!!!! All :-)
Bought this bed for our 3 year old and he loves it. Wasn't to bad to put together either.
We turned this car into the batmobile for my grandson. We added a few batman decals and he loves it.
The bed was pretty easy to put together, the hood area is very flimsy, it caves in very easy. There is alot of space all around the mattress, so the mattress moves around and my little boy rolls into the space while he sleeps, going to put extra blankets to full the space.
