I purchased this toddler bed for my daughter, who is about to turn 2. She won't sleep in it yet but she is warming up to it. Her baby dolls love to sleep in it and be tucked in every night! It is absolutley adorable and easy to put together. It took my husband 20 mins total.
I bought this bed for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She loves Cinderella very much and I thought this would make the transition easier from her crib. My fiancee put the bed together and although I had read that this bed was hard to put together, he did not have any problems. My daughter slept in it for the first time that night and we have not had any problems with her transitioning.
I was a little reluctant to order this toddler bed because it is supposed to be difficult to put together. But, it was well worth it, especially for the price. It is adorable and low to the ground and my daughter loves it. My husband gets frustrated very easily when putting items together, but he did not have much trouble with this bed. A few of the holes were a little off, but everything still fit together fine. It is in her room now and is so cute!
bought this bed for my three year old daughter. she loves it! it took me about 30 min to put it together- the only hard part was putting on the side rails ( needed hubby to do that) she loves the princess bed and i suggest you get the princess bedding as well.
AS SOON AS I ASSEMBLED THE BED MY BABY GIRL WANTED TO SLEEP IN IT. THIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE I MADE. I HAVE TWO & THREE YEAR OLD LITTLE PRINCESSES I BOUGHT THIS Princess BED FOR MY 2 YEAR OLD & THE Dora BED FOR MY 3 YEAR OLD THEY BOTH LOOK FORWARD TO NAPS & SWEET DREAMS. I HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU BUY THE MATCHING BEDDING SET! OVERALL THE BEDS ARE EASY TO ASSEMBLE & ARE THE PERFECT SIZE FOR LITTLE GIRLS :)
My two year old loves this bed. The steel runners are great for climbing exercises and the smooth sides prevents her from hurting herself when she rolls around in the night. It is even strong enough for her sisters to lay down and read to her in bed. It makes her feel like a princess and the even the cat wants to lay in it.
I am overall happy with the product but putting it together was not fun. Because two of the holes did not line up like they are supposed to so I had to leave off two screws from under the bed frame. It is still sturdy without them just wish could of been put together properly. Now just getting her to sleep in it would help.
The drilled holes in the bed do not line up and it took a very long time to put together due to the mistake in the plastics.
Bed is great if you are just wanting a temporary spot to lay your little one down (bed is not very sturdy). Also, putting it together can be a hassle if all of the nail holes do not match up exactly. My daughter did not notice all of the minor construction problems, she was too focused on Cinderella!
The bed is wonderful my little girl adores it and I believe the transition was easier because she loved it BUT....my husband had to do the bed in several sessions because he would get frustrated and give up. The screw are not aligned at all not one!!! but once you put it together all the frustration goes away when your little one squeals with joy!
