my 16 mo. old son loves cars and trucks and it has bright colors that match the rest of the room..the bedspread is very thin but I expected that b/c of the reviews and it is a beadspread not a comforter but other than that its absolutely adorable and he climbs up on his bed all the time now!
I purchased this bed set for my 2 1/2 year-olds room. He loves trucks. This bedding set was the perfect fit for his toddler bed. Quality is good. I highly recommend this bed set for all little truck lovers out there. You won't be disappointed. The price is right. Let me just add I shop for the best deal and once again Wal-mart had the right price. I also purchased the tonka truck blanket. Pleased with all and so is my little guy.
I bought this set for my 2 1/2 year old son and he loves it! He loves it so much that he actually won't unmake his bed...he just sleeps right on top of the comforter! It is a great price for the value, especially compared to other way overpriced bedding sets for toddlers who change what they like and who their favorites are often! If you want a blanket they can actually cuddle with I would recommend the soft fleecy matching blanket that Walmart also sells. It is a great set overall, especially because you can find alot of fun accessories to match with it!
When I put my son to bed on these sheets, he sits there for a few minutes and points out all the trucks. He gets so excited! This is a great set if you have a little one into trucks!
This product is the perfect solution for a little boys room if you dont want to go with the everyday cartton Characters! My son is 20 months and loves his new "konka" room as he calls it. The colors are bright and inviting and makes a dull room come to life with just a few accesspories with it!! I would recommend this product to any mother of a little boy!
I wanted to do my son's room in Tonka trucks but he was still in a crib. So I saw this on walmart.com and loved it. I looked other places for the same bedding but was higher price. I got it and love the color but the blanket was a little thiner than what it showed. I also got the rug, night light, and the wall docor.
This is a cute set for my son's toddler bed. He loves his "digger" sheets. I'm just disappointed that the backing on the little comforter is a very slick or slippery material. It tends to slide right off the sheets. It's not a very thick comforter but my son sleeps hot anyway. I would like to purchase the matching Tonka fleece blanket. That might stay on the bed better than the comforter. Overall a cute product.
It's difficult to find cute toddler bedding. My son loves vehicles, so this was great. The colors are bright and fun, and held up well in the wash. The comforter is lightweight and it all looks cute in his room.
Made the transition to a "big boy bed" so much easier. From crib to toddler bed was made more exciting by all the "big diggers" and equipment on all the matching bedding. Also had best price for the set than other retailers. Comforter is a little scratchy for covering up with. Was able to find a "Tonka" fleece throw that matched this bedding and is softer. Matches the "Tonka" toddler bed and child slept in it the first night without problem. We made all the bedding part of putting the bed together along with Elmo and all the other crib animals at the bottom and it worked!!!! Love it!!!!
My two year old enjoys the bright colors. The sheets are fine. The comforter is a little on the thin side so don't expect a little one to keep warm with just this. I have washed the products twice and so far they have stayed nice.
