I am very pleased. This is for my 15mo old grandson for my house. It did take a while to put together, but well worth it, or maybe we should ask my husband. Love the bed.

While I am not a fan of allen wrenches - assembling this was very straight forward. I was missing a few pages of the directions but customer service emailed them right away and even with my 2.5year old "helping" assembly took less than two hours. She now loves her boat bed and brings everyone in the house to see it! :) This is definitely a toddler bed but a very cute one, solid and a great value. Thanks!
Wow! This bed is absolutely wonderful. It is so well built. The craftsmaship is so nice that even the compartment at the end of the bed has a special hinge that closes slowly to keep kids from getting their fingers smashed-so smart! This bed is very study, which is important since we have a active little boy:). Our son just loves the bed and often just wants to play in it or next to it. This is a great bed for the price. Very well made and looks great. High quality!
These beds are adorable once you put them together and Walmart hands down had the best price anywhere. The con is that each bed took 2 1/2 hours to put togther inpart because 1 screw didn't fit in the same place on both beds. The beds come in a lot of pieces so take your time putting them together and you will love them. I know my 2 boys do!
I bought this bed for my 2 year old toddler in transition from the crib to this toddler bed. He had been climbing out of his crib for some time! He is loving his new bed. I am loving my Nautica theme. I had seen something quite simliar at Pottery Barn but this is much more affordable and met all my expectations in workmanship, and attractiveness! I lay with my son for a few minutes almost every night. I am about 5"9 150 lbs...so far this bed has been able to sustain :) my tall lanky bones!!
My husband and I bought this boat bed for our 17 month old son that was trying to climb out of his crib. Once I figured out which screws/bolts were what I didn't have a hard time putting this together. I put it together by myself and I was done in less than 2 hours. I love the sturdiness of this bed. It is of great quality. It is really really cute too. I was surprised at how low to the ground it was... but I am happy about this seeing that my son is still young. I would def recommend to buy this bed. Oh, and my 4 1/2 year old daughter absolutely loves to play on her brother's new bed too. The two of them use the little storage area as a stage and when my son wakes up he puts his little blankies in there.
This bed is sturdier than i thought it would be and lower to the ground than the picture leads you to believe - so if my toddler falls out, he will not do any serious damage to himself. he has not yet made the transition, though. i also have to say that ordering through Walmart was smooth and shipping was perfect. Reviews on Amazon complained that the product arrived missing pieces, but it was packaged great and arrived with everything needed. It also arrived 5 days earlier than expected. This was our first time ordering through Walmart, but we will be back!
This is an awesome bed, I would not recommend doing site to store shipping though cause the box it comes in weighs 77 pounds, I was glad I paid the $10 in shipping to not have to lug it around Wal-Mart and in and out of my car. The bed is so sturdy, very cute, and my son who is 22 months loves it!
