I have flat feet. It reached a point where it was painful and uncomfortable to walk. I've been using these for years and I've been pain free. Other inserts haven't worked for me. These do.
These inserts are nice, but they start working their way towards the toes after just a few steps. I tried double sided tape, but the tape won't stick to the silicone substance the inserts are made of. Spend a couple more bucks and get the full length insole.
