I first bought these as a quick fix for my first 3" wedge heels. I'd bought my shoes for a night of dancing with my fiancé at the USMC Birthday Ball. And bought them ONLINE. No trying on, no store aisle runway for testing. Nuts, I know. It turned out that the insole was not nearly as soft or supportive as I'd hoped. One day I was buying new nylon stockings at Walmart and saw these. I thought, "Hmm, three insoles for just over $9? May as well give em a shot." They were only meant to get my sensitive feet through the night without bruises, nothing more. These insoles turned out to be so comfy, breathable, and non-squeaky (and you ladies with gel insoles know what I mean!) that I used every single one! A pair in my wedges, a pair in my low heels, and a pair in my 3" booties. If luxurious massaging gel and 100% insole coverage is more your thing, don't bother getting these. But if you need something slim, breathable, versatile, and easy to apply, these work great! Hint: Make sure the insides of your shoes are clean before application, and the insoles will stay put much longer.
I recommend the inserts because I do alot of walking and my feet sweat very much, the inserts stay in place and are so strong that when it's time to replace the insert you actually have a hard time pulling them out, but I'm not complaining because atleast through out my walks and day the inserts are not moving, I like the floral design and black inserts the best! I think this is a great deal in price and if you don't want to ruin all your shoes so soon then I would recommend purchasing them.
Not very thick which is good. Good for tight and narrow pumps. Add comfy but not bulky.
I have a set of these in each of the sandals i wear everyday and a pair of dress sandals that were slightly too large and painful to wear. After using them ALL 3 pairs of shoes are more comfortable than they were without the insoles and I am able to wear them for hours without my feet hurting.
DR. SCHOLLS IS A GOOD PRODUCT BUT THESE ARE TO THING FOR ME. IT HELPS A LITTLE BUT I NEED MORE SUPPORT. I WILL RECOMMEND IT FOR FLAT SHOES NOT FOR BOOTS.
These run very small & narrow & are only 3/4 inches in length. It does state on the package that they are meant for open toed dress heels, not regular shoes because they will be WAY too small & narrow for them & they are. Even using them for my dress heels (I take a 7.5) they were still too narow & small & only provided a small amount of couision, they look nice but save your money..
These are very thin, so they will likely fit in any shoe, but because they are so thin, they really don't provide any comfort. They provide zero support. I can't tell the difference, now that I have put them in my boots. I wear a size 6 to 6.5, I found that these were the perfect size for my shoes. However, these are supposed to be for a range of sizes (maybe size 5-10 or something), but people with feet that are any larger than about a size 7--I'd pass on these if I were you. They will be too small for you. They only have one little strip of adhesive on the insole and the package says you should change them every 6 months-so I am not sure how long they will stay in place. I do a lot of walking and mine are still where they are supposed to be, but it has only been a few weeks. Also, I am not sure what kind of residue will be left when I take them out--so I guess that might mean that I am stuck (ha, ha) putting these insoles in my shoes to avoid having my socks stick.
