It is not a miracle, but it is better than nothing. I bought it for my mother and she does not have any complain. I think she like it so far!
Very comfortable after use, the product is still trial, but not a long time, long-term effects remains to be seen.
I use these to help over-pronation in other words flat feet. I have extreme flat feet and when I stand or walk all day I have very bad ankle pain. These insoles have eliminated my pain almost 100%. They have been a miracle. I put them in my sneakers over the exhisting insoles. If you have flat feet try these. They have been a true God send.
