I have tried alot of different inserts and I find as a woman with size 11 it is perfect size for my shoe and love the slim fit without hard edges. The problem is I can't find them in my area anymore...I have had mine now for a year at least and they are still holding up, look kinda bad but still cushion my heel while standing all day at work and on walks. Wish I could find more.
