Man, this one here, it's double accurate. It has small and big buttons 5 each. Rock with style!
At the time that I ordered this product it did not say that it was compatible with Guitar Hero III. I was just hoping because I really wanted the smaller buttons. When it arrived the box said it was compatible and it is! We love it as an addition to our set. The smaller buttons are great for small hands.

I have a 20 year old son and an 8 year old son and they both loved the guitar. The buttons are colored on the sides so it's easier to see the colors to push on the guitar. They also loved the style of it.
The guitar feels a little cheaper than the one you get with the game, but it works pretty well. I especially like that you can plug it in to your system to charge the batteries.
I use this guitar for Rock Band, even though this website or the product box doesn't state this guitar is compatible with Rock Band for the PS2 it is. I love the look of this guitar and the fact that it has a rechargable battery inside is great. I love the smaller button set for "kids" even though I am an adult I am a female with smaller fingers. The glowing pick is awesome but I do have one complaint about the pick button, it is squeaky! Overall this guitar controller is exactly what I wanted.
Very nice guitar, very playable but the strum key makes so much noise that it drowns out the music. When you strum, it is extremely noisy so much that I can't play doubles with it. I hope that this is an isolated incident & am trading it for a new one that hopefully is quieter. Otherwise, it plays great.
This review is based on a comparison with the standard Activision guitar included w/ Guitar Hero III PS2. Dreamgear's product description and features made this guitar attractive and appear to have a better value over competition. However, the actual product is poor quality and inaccurate. Specific to quality: strum bar squeaks, buttons are sticky, and body of guitar was improperly assembled (two halves where not aligned properly due to stripped-put screws). If you like the quality and accuracy of the guitar included with Guitar Hero, I do not recommend this product.
