I received the chair and the packaging was impressive. The company tried very well to prevent scratches and shipping damage. The assembly instructions were easy to follow but that's when things went south. The hardware didn't seem to screw in tight and the chair was a bit awkward to assemble. I had to really force the legs into the seat for the hardware to thread in. My recommendations are if you buy this cute little chair make sure you check your threads by running the screws in them first to prevent cross threading and use a different allen wrench rather than the one in the kit because its stripped every screw I tried to use it on. The screws never went in tight listen for the wood starting to stress and back off a 1/4 turn. It's a cute chair I didn't return it.
