This creamer is the best SUGAR FREE Hazelnut out there. It actually tastes like hazelnut (imagine that!). It is creamy, yummy and leaves no aftertaste. I have been drinking it exclusively for several years now, but because my local Walmart stopped handling it, I've had to try the Coffee Mate competitor again. It still hasn't improved. It's competitor, the Coffee Mate SUGAR FREE hazelnut tastes like a combination of old pipe tobacco and artificial butterscotch. The aftertaste is disgusting and you feel like someone coated your tongue with roofing pitch. Nasty stuff. Go buy. and drink The INTERNATIONAL DELIGHT SUGAR FREE HAZELNUT, it is by far the superior product!
This is what my husband LOVES in his coffee. I shop at two Walmart stores, and I know this product sold well, because it was often out of stock. So when the next shipment came in, I would buy three bottles to stock up, and if I found just one left, I'd snatch that one, too. So of course Walmart decided to discontinue stocking it, just as they do with half the things on my shopping list. Don't get used to buying something at Walmart--it will disappear. Very frustrating. They replaced it with sugar-free AND fat-free hazelnut. Hey, Walmart folks: not everyone likes fat-free products. You have to use half a bottle just to lighten your coffee, and you still can't taste the stuff. (Yes, the plain sugar-free version IS still available; I called International Delight and they confirmed it). We tried the Coffee Mate sugar-free hazelnut, but it's not worth buying.
What happened to my favorite creamer? I can't have many carbs in my diet, and this was perfect for me. I am so upset that Walmart chose to not stock this anymore. I find myself shopping at other stores because I am hoping someone else will start stocking it. Bring it back Walmart!
