These taste great. They taste just like restaurant season fries. The quality was great. I fixed mine in the microwave. A small batch for five minutes and the Texter was just like they had been deep-fried.
These are great for at home when you're making a sandwich and you don't want to buy fast food, but you want to feel treated. I just throw them in the oven to pair with burgers or chicken tenders.
I think these taste really good. But the directions of cooking them on a baking sheet at 425 for 15-20 minutes is absolutely hilarious! If you want them soft and not quite cooked then sure, cook for 15 to 20 minutes. If you want them hot and crispy, you need to bake them for 50 to 60 minutes or more on 425.
I have bought these many times in the past. I had a bag in my freezer that were leftover from the previous time I had made some (12/23) so I made them and no problem. I usually fry them on the stovetop in canola oil and they have turned out fine. Always seasoned fine and the taste is good. Well recently I bought a bag again (had been buying Ore-ida crinkle cut for a while) and starting frying them as usual and within the few first minutes of them being put in the oil this really bad smell starting coming from them. It's hard to describe but almost like a vomit smell or a rotten cheese smell. I don't know if they have changed the recipe and added a new seasoning to them but the smell is really bad. Took them out when they were ready and the smell is still there on them although the taste is normal. Very unpleasant smell that makes them hard to eat. Disappointed that they now have this bad smell when cooking and eating them because my family had always enjoyed eating these fries.
They sent me a photo of apartment d207 when clearly since March my delivery has been to D107. Not 2. Now I have to reorder something I pay a monthly fee to avoid. Really????
The taste is horrible and the smell of these fries are awful. It smells as though the potatoes are BAD!!! I put the fries in the oven for reccomended time and they were still soft and mushy. NOT CRISPY AT ALL! So I put it back in the oven for 20 more mins in broil and still mushy. Are these even real potatoes? Horrible product that needs to be pulled from shelves seriously. My 1st and last time buying these. Even the kids said the fries STINK!! How embarrassing.
These are pretty good fries if you aren't expecting them to be seasoned.
These tasted like they had freezer burn and the cooking directions for the air fryer seem incorrect. The second batch I cooked for less time and I doctored them with garlic powder, salt, and smoked paprika. They were better, but I'll not purchase again. Two thumbs down.
This is the third bag that I have gotten in the past few weeks that are just plain fries. They are not seasoned or battered.
well I believe I ordered one bag of french fries and I got two bags of french fries, I thought it was a 1 hundred count of disposable foem plates received a 50 count, even the final payments to be higher than it was when I ordered it, just a weird order all together, I do not know what I would do without their delivery service means I'm handicapped and they've always done such a beautiful job,
